So you want to know a little about the person who will be working on your car, and why he does what he loves day in and day out…here is a little background on me, Eric Schuster, aka Envious Eric

From the start of my detailing career, back in 2003, I always had a passion for a clean car.  Whether it’s a Honda, BMW, Ferrari, a car should always be clean and presentable.  So starting out, I offered up washes, wash and wax details, and full interior cleanings to keep my clients cars up to par.  These were the same processes that were offered up by the local car washes, except I had the edge – I come to you!  At first it started out as a side hobby that I was getting paid for, but then it turned into something more.  It was the start to something good, something I could call my own; my own business!

Little did I know, I would gradually stop focusing on the routine detail work and move into paint correction and reconditioning work.  To me, it has a much greater effect on the overall appearance of the car when the paint is full of gloss and luster compared to just shiny.  Not everyone can perform proper paint correction.  There are a lot of people who just “get it done,” but not me.  I take the time to assess the paint, come up with the proper steps to obtain the most beautiful end result possible.  This is not a “get it in and get it done” fast process, but rather a labor of love; something a lot of other people don’t care to do!

I still do the complete details, the overall enhancements, but I love spending 15-25 hours on one car transforming it into something the owner will be proud to drive around in again!  I’ve never wanted to just be another detailing in this industry, but rather make a name for myself.  I want to stand out and be known all over.  Well, now I have people recommending my services from all over the country on different car forums.  I have people from the east coast calling me up and talking shop, discussing products, or asking tips and tricks to help them get better than average results on their cars.  I have made a name for myself and its full steam ahead with no end in sight!
